On November 29, 2012, after more than 39 years in private practice, I closed that chapter of my professional life to join the California Department of Justice. Over the years, I had the opportunity to work with thousands of clients, co-counsel, opposing counsel, judges, arbitrators, and mediators in private practice. I thank all of them for making that part of my professional experience a pleasure.
